Which brands does Eicom Barneveld carry?
Eicom Barneveld carries four lines: Convei, its own brand since 1917; DANÆG, liquid egg products made from Danish free-range eggs, for which Eicom Barneveld is the official importer; Natu, organic and free-range eggs produced to strict SKAL standards; and Specials, such as Bleieren, quail eggs, festive eggs and private label.
Does Eicom Barneveld supply boiled and peeled eggs?
Yes. Convei barn eggs, boiled and peeled, are available in L, M and S, packed in resealable buckets in all sizes, up to 120 pieces. Eicom Barneveld also supplies the DANÆG Egg Roll: boiled, peeled and frozen, in 3 kg, and keeps for up to 18 months frozen.
Which liquid egg products are available?
Convei liquid whole egg (1 kg and 10 kg) is made from organic and barn eggs. From DANÆG, whole egg, egg yolk and egg white are available in 1 kg and 5 kg: pasteurised, delivered chilled and keeps for 28 days after opening.
Who is the range intended for?
Convei is tailored to professional use in hospitality, catering, bakeries and food manufacturing. DANÆG products reach your kitchen through the wholesale trade, and Natu is for the conscious consumer who chooses sustainability.
